It’s amazing how many of us work for someone that doesn’t care if their paying you a decent living wage. They are so greedy and only are thinking about themselves, they throw you a bone once in a while as a reward for your outstanding service. They never taught us in school that word job means “just over broke”.
I understand when your in business, your in business to make money. But don’t expect everyone to share in your enthusiasm when your paying them just enough to get by. Over worked and under paid seems to be the way of the land anymore! I love the mentality of “be glad you have a job” as if it’s noble to be some bodies doormat.
Not everyone hate there jobs and make crummy money, but the majority of us do! Being in a dead end job with nothing else to choose from is just another one of us struggling needlessly. Are you in this rut? I can tell you from experience you can motivate and find a better way, but that’s up to you and the lifestyle you want to suffer with or change to the better.
Working for people that are total control freaks I’m no stranger to, they are insane and we are crazy to work and put up with them and their poverty wages. They breath down your neck and want as much as you can give them, they are relentless in the way they slave drive people and want them to fear for their jobs and we are weak in the mind to think this is the way it is. The raises are humiliating and they have no soul!
In this time of uncertainty, it’s hard to be patience, but we must realize we are just in the beginning of change. We need to slow our minds down and take a good look at our possibilities. So many are looking for something to relieve their financial burden, something that really works and put you on the path to securing a better future and creating more financial freedom.
